Ordering and Shipping
Ordering:
The ornaments that I have available for immediate purchase are listed in my etsy shop. If you would prefer not to purchase through Etsy, just contact me, and I will be more than glad to send you an invoice directly.
Payment
I accept payments through PayPal, which enables you to securely pay by credit card, debit, or electronic check. (Learn more about using PayPal).
I also gladly accept personal checks and money orders. Please note that up to 10 days must be allowed for a personal check to clear before your order will be shipped. Please make checks and money orders out to: The Ornament Girl, LLC.
All of these payment options are listed upon checkout through my etsy shop.
Shipping:
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment, by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
The cost of shipping is:
- Ornaments: $5.50, regardless of how many ornaments are ordered.
- Ornament Kits: $3.25 for 1 kit, and $1.00 for each additional kit.
- Patterns: Free (Patterns are in PDF format, and will be emailed directly to you.)
Returns:
I am sure you will absolutely LOVE my ornaments (I have never had a single return!), but if for any reason you do not, just send your order back to me in its original condition within 7 days, and I will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping costs.
