Payment:
I accept payments through PayPal, which securely enables you to pay by credit card, debit, or electronic check.Click here for more information on using PayPal.
I also accept personal checks and money orders. Please note that up to 10 days must be allowed for a personal check to clear before your order will be shipped. Please make checks and money orders out to: The Ornament Girl, LLC.
Ordering:
To purchase an ornament directly from the website (see my Available Ornaments category), simply click the "Add To Cart" button, which you will find under the ornament description. After you are finished shopping, you can view your cart by clicking the "Your Cart" link on the left side of each page.Most of my ornaments are not available for immediate purchase...if you would like to order an ornament from my gallery, please contact me at staciann@theornamentgirl.com, or fill out my contact form, and I will add you to my waiting list. I will email you to confirm your order, and give you an approximate time frame for when you can expect your order to be completed. Once I have finished your order, I will send you an invoice. (Please also see my Privacy Policy.)
Shipping:
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment, by USPS Priority Mail. The cost of shipping is $5.50, regardless of how many ornaments are ordered, and will be automatically calculated when you check out. If your purchase total is $100 or more, shipping will be free! (This will also be automatically calculated upon check out.)
Returns:
I am sure you will absolutely LOVE my ornaments (I have never had a single return!), but if for any reason you do not, just send your order back to me in it's original condition within 7 days, and I will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping costs.
